  A disappointing experience through and through...Went for dinner and drinks last Saturday. First, the good: Beer list is solid. The Bad: The service was awful. The mussels and fries (house specialty) were mediocre at best. The staff was indifferent and less than helpful. And, The Ugly: No utensils, not enough menus (actually had the waiter take the menus away while we were looking to order because there was some sort of menu shortage!), and an overall dingy, dirty environment...Expectations were high and overall experience was low. The lack of concern by the waitstaff was apparent. Philly has too many reasonably priced dining options to settle for such a subpar experience.

  Pretty good food. Beer is good if it's in stock. It took 4 tries before I found one on the menu that they actually had. Avocados were literally crunchy. Nice place to sit and talk with friends.
