  I wish I could give this place negative stars. Ever since they moved down the street to make a drive thru i have not ONE TIME gotten what i ordered. Really..it's not hard to make a large iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. It's absolutely mind boggling the variations that you'll get. At their original location in the little shopping center I would make it a point to go out of my way because I knew my coffee would always be spot on. Unfortunately, those days are over and my confidence in dunkin is slowly dying!! :( If I ask for extra cream and extra sugar, that does NOT mean NO CREAM AND NO SUGAR!!!!!!! any fellow coffee addicts can agree with me that nothing will ruin your day faster than when dunkin screws up your coffee.

  This location is supposed to open at 5am. When my friend and I arrived at 7:10 am we had to ask for service despite the restaurant being empty and being staffed by three employees. When someone finally come over to help us I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cream and butter. He did not know how to ring this up. After my friend ordered, they I informed us that they did not have any everything bagels. They could not quickly tell me what they did have. After deciding on a poppy bagel we received our order and my bagel was not toasted.
