  If I could give this place zero stars I would. The wait was long which was okay. But when we were seated the wait for our appetizers was an hour. The food was tsking so lonf tobarrive that the waitreas even compmained herself. Once the food came I ordered the southwestern salad. It was so spicy that I could not eat it. The steak was even more spicy and cold. This will be the last time I frequent this particular Applebee's. I've been going to Applebee's for years and always enjoyed the food and service. However, this time it failed.

  Extremely poor. These are the only two words I can use to describe this restaurant. The servers always have bad attitudes. The cooks must be hired without any prior cooking or training knowledge or skills. Besides the restaurant dining area having a somewhat nice interior, I am suprised that this restaurant is still open for business since it is not worthwhile going to. On the several occasions I went there, the worker's behavior was always unprofessional, disrespectful, and most lack the proper etiquette and charm needed to serve and accommodate the general public. This is very unfortunate since there are almost no restaurants in the Overbrook Park area or any quality supermarkets in this neighborhood. I hope the owner of this restaurant reads these reviews. They need to reasess their overall business and overhaul it.
